APPLEWOOD, RANCH

This 1961 Ranch sits in the bucolic Applewood neighborhood of Denver, nestled against the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. The client, a professionally trained chef who brought Momo on for a third project together, needed a massive kitchen upgrade amidst structural challenges and space limitations.  Solutions included consolidating the mudroom into the kitchen and concealing the vent hood in the attic to preserve ceiling height and openness.  The primary bathroom received a full re-layout, expansion and makeover.
